Sirius Consulting was founded
in 1990 by psychologist Caroline Hanstke and Brian Emmanuel Grey
to teach the inner family archetype model to clients all over the
world, and even to multinational corporations. In 2000, Therese
Emmanuel Grey joined the team, founding Sirius Publishing to disseminate
this understanding through books, seminars, radio and online publications.
These include the original book on the archetypes, Why We Do
What We Do, The Psychology of Success and their latest release,
The Inner Family Archetypes: Building Loving Relationships Through
Divine Self-Awareness.
Today, a growing team of inner
family archetype facilitators, including therapists, psychologists
and people from all walks of life, expands the knowledge of the
inner family archetypes heart to heart. In the last twenty years,
a wealth of breakthrough spiritual and psychological teachings has
emerged for the acceleration and integration of our spiritual, mental,
emotional and physical nature. These come under the umbrella of
the Golden Age Psychology.
Caroline, Brian and Therese
share a deep metaphysical background, an active inner spiritual
life and a personal comitment to internalizing that which they teach.
Caroline is also the founder of the Whole I Institute, a networking
forum for healers dedicated to the convergence of healing modalities.
Brian enriches the work through his recollection of his personal
near-death and out-of-body experiences, as well as unfolding teachings
from the etheric plane that he shares in weekly classes and on the
radio. Therese recounts her profound spiritual journey in the book,
Miracles, Masters and Mirth: Adventures in Spirituality and
Self-Awareness and founded Lightbearers Worldwide, an online
community for seekers of truth.
Our Story
When Brian Emmanuel Grey was
a few months old, he was rushed to a hospital near his Canadian
hometown. He had just experienced Sudden Infant Death Syndrome (SIDS).
He was dead for about fifteen minutes, before he was revived and
because he was one of very few revived SIDS babies available for
study, medical specialists tested him and published the results
in a Canadian medical journal.
Brian’s fifteen minutes of medical fame paled in comparison
to what he witnessed on the other side. He could remember going
into the white light where he was met by a beautiful lady dressed
in a cream colored outfit. who cuddled him in a warm pink blanket.
Then, Brian switched into his adult consciousness and contacted
his source. He became one with all life and imbibed the joyous,
peaceful, bliss of true connectedness. There was no sense of separation,
loss, fear or lack. He was free and completely fulfilled.
As soon as Brian toddled around and began to talk, he tried to share
what had happened with his dearest loved ones. He found that he
could not clearly convey the many things that the beautiful lady
had shown to him. His profound experience could not be grasped by
those who heard him, or by his own child consciousness.
This changed in Brian’s twenty-fourth year when his paternal
grandfather had his own near-death experience. A discussion with
his grandfather about the “happy hunting grounds” stirred
the deep memory of his own childhood passing. Such confirmation
from the least expected family member sent Brian on an inward journey
to rediscover the truths and seeming months of teachings that had
been shown to him in mere minutes of our time.
Soon after, Brian had two equally profound out-of-body experiences
where he was taken back to the other side to be spiritually cleansed
and tuned by angels. After this experience, Brian turned his life
around and consumed libraries of books like The Unquiet Dead
by Dr. Edith Fiore, Return from Tomorrow by George Ritchie,
Life After Death by Dr. Raymond Moody, and ultimately Saved
By the Light by Dannion Brinkley.
He studied the Egyptian and Tibetan books of the dead, the story
of Nachiketas and Yama in the Upanishad. He then turned to his own
Native American spiritual background. He joined the Rosicrucians,
the Free Masons and read the Bible and Christian Gnostic gospels.
He discovered the teachings of Theosophy, the I AM books and
the dictations of The Summit Lighthouse.
In all of these spiritual traditions, Brian found the same story.
He found the Father, the Son, the Divine Mother and the Holy Spirit.
He found Brahma, the lawgiver, Vishnu, the preserver, Shakti, the
divine consort, and Shiva, the destroyer. He understood why Saint
Patrick’s shamrock was a four leaf clover and connected with
the four directions revered in Native traditions, and the elemental
essence of fire, air, water and earth.
Brian had discovered the profound symbolism contained within the
simple geometry of the circle and the cross and what it means for
our personal redemption and return to wholeness. He could see that
everything in life runs on four energies, and that these energies
manifest in our psyche as four archetypes that are best described
through the thoughtform of Father, Mother, Boychild and Girlchild.
Close to this time, Brian met Caroline. Caroline had been practicing
as a psychologist for many years and Brian shared with her his rea-lizations.
In turn, Caroline shared with Brian a profound dream that she had
been given. Her description was so vivid that it was as if Brian
had been there himself.
In the dream, Brian and Caroline were walking down the hall of a
large building that looked a lot like the Taj Mahal, except it was
in the etheric plane over Darjeeling. A being of light was escorting
them out of this very large structure. Caroline and Brian had just
attended a meeting where many spiritual beings were present and
where they had been given an assignment. As the two left left the
building and got up on horseback, Caroline was holding a small and
very precious bundle in her arms, like an infant. The bundle was
the multi-dimensional teaching about the inner family archetypes
and the assignment was to manifest and unfold this teaching in order
to share it with others.
Brian and Caroline understood that the gift in the dream was the
inner family archetype model that would help people everywhere experience
self-transcendence and return to their original wholeness as spiritual
beings incarnate now fulfilling a divine plan.
For the next ten years, Caroline and Brian worked together and applied
the inner family archetype model to coach individuals and groups,
to heal relationship problems and to mediate human resource issues
in large and small business organizations. Using the principles
and the tools shared in this book, Caroline and Brian’s clients
experienced profound, positive changes in their lives and relationships.
Then, in the late 1990s, Brian met Therese and taught her how to
apply the inner family archetype model to her personal circumstances.
Therese had explored many different venues for psychological and
spiritual growth, but up to that point, had not been able to get
to the core of her self-limiting patterns. Week after week, with
the help of the inner family archetype model, she experienced layers
of entrenched, negative core programs beginning to lift, giving
way to new levels of self-understanding and appreciation for others.
In 1998, Brian and Therese were married. Since that time, Therese
has worked alongside Brian and Caroline to facilitate the inner
family archetype model in workshops, seminars and publications.
One night, Therese was also
given a vision of this work from an etheric level while she was
sleeping. Three spiritual masters, dressed in Franciscan robes appeared
before her and handed her a large, hardbound dark leather book.
Across the front, in letters of living gold were the words, The
Psychology of Success. Therese understood that she was receiving
from inner planes a divine covenant and blueprint for wholeness.
This is the golden age psychology restores the soul to her original
divine estate, and of which the inner family archetypes are an integral
part.
