About the Founders

In 1990, soon after they discovered The Inner Family Archetypes model, psychologist Caroline Hanstke and Brian Emmanuel Grey founded The Sirius Connection (formerly The Sirius Consulting Group). In 1995, Therese Emmanuel Grey joined them in their efforts, expanding awareness of the inner family archetypes through seminars and publications. In 2001, the three published Discover the Hidden Power of Your Inner Family Archetypes, followed in 2004 by Why We Do What We Do: Four Pathways to Your Authentic Self, and The Psychology of Success in 2005.

Expansion into Different Facets

Today, their work has expanded into several facets:

• Sirius Consulting ~ Founded in 1990. Through Sirius Consulting, Caroline, Brian, Therese, and a team of facilitators offer personal coaching, workshops, seminars, corporate training, progressive business strategies, and enlightened marketing based on the Inner Family Archetypes Model.
• Sirius Publishing Partners ~ Founded in 2003 to publish tools for self-transcendence, including books on the Inner Family Archetypes.
• Radiant Sherpas ~ founded in 2005 to offer fellowship and retreats for lightbearers worldwide.
• Golden Age Psychology Weekly~ an online magazine and teleclass format starting in 2007
• And looking ahead ~ The Whole I Institute ~ The vision for the Whole I Institute is a community of scientists, teachers, and healers who pursue cutting-edge healing modalities for spiritual transformation, mental acceleration, emotional wholeness, and physical empowerment.

More about Caroline

A psychologist who has served in the public and private sectors for more than thirty-five years, Caroline Hanstke co-authored the book Why We Do What We Do: Four Pathways to Your Authentic Self. Caroline has extensive counseling, teaching, management and human resource experience. She runs a counseling practice in Calgary, Canada, and is a member of the College of Alberta Psychologists.

In 1990, Caroline co-founded The Sirius Consulting Company to help people and businesses succeed by applying the breakthrough Inner Family Archetype Model. Caroline has worked with hundreds of individuals and businesses, including multinational companies and government agencies, to effect positive changes in the workplace and to foster genuine growth in personal relationships. She has also presented numerous workshops and seminars in the United States and Canada.

More about Brian

Like the medical intuitive who can tune into a person's body and detect the hidden cause of illnesses, Brian Emmanuel Grey is a psychological intuitive with an uncanny ability to tune into the root causes in a person's psyche that hold them back.

Brian's intuitive ability and his extensive focus on the practical application of eastern and western spiritual principles allowed him to hone in on four universal archetypes that dominate a person's conscious, subconscious, superconscious, and unconscious mind. This led Brian and his business partner, psychologist Caroline Hanstke, to pioneer a breakthrough model for personal wholeness known as the Inner Family Archetypes model.

Since 1990, Brian has used the Inner Family Archetypes model and other innovative concepts to coach individuals from all walks of life, and to assist companies in their human relations. Brian has worked with hundreds of individuals and businesses, including multinational companies and government agencies, to effect positive changes in the workplace and to foster genuine growth in personal relationships. He also co-authored the book Why We Do What We Do: Four Pathways to Your Authentic Self, and gives regular workshops and seminars.

More about Therese

Therese Emmanuel Grey is a journalist who has written about personal growth for more than a decade, and co-authored the book Why We Do What We Do: Four Pathways to Your Authentic Self with psychologist Caroline Hanstke and Brian Emmanuel Grey.

Therese first discovered the transforming power of the inner family archetype model by applying it to her personal circumstances. "I had explored different avenues of psychological and spiritual growth, yet I still could not hit my rock bottom self-limiting patterns," says Therese. "That changed when I found this work. With these amazing teachings, I was finally able to face my deepest fears and disappointments. Week after week, I watched as layers of entrenched, negative core programs began to lift, giving way to new levels of understanding and appreciation for myself and for others."

In 1998, Brian and Therese married. Today, Therese works alongside Brian and Caroline to facilitate the inner family archetype model in workshops, seminars, and publications—in English, French, and Spanish. She shares life-changing concepts to help guide people on their journey toward psychological wholeness and spiritual fulfillment, and is working on several new books.
