Group Spiritual Focus

I look out at night I know, I see your candle glow, I feel the love within your heart…. You are the angels. You are the keepers of the flame.  I AM the resurrection, I AM the way of life, I AM the door you all shall walk through. You are enlightened ones, you are the prodigal sons, you are the keepers of the flames. The flames, O the flames of God’s flame.

The Nakoda Native American tradition speaks of a vision. If the white man comes bearing the two symbols of the circle and the cross, we will have an age of peace and prosperity. If he comes bearing only one of these symbols, the natives must run for the hills.

The symbol for the inner family archetype work is the circle and the cross. Our oneness is held together by four forces: fire air water and earth; Father, Mother, Son and Holy Spirit; Brahma, Vishnu, Shiva and Shakti; the Lion, the Man, the Calf and the Flying Eagle.  We connect with these four forces through the seminal archetypes of the Loving Father, the Loving Mother, the Loved Boychild and the Loved Girlchild.

We must balance the four forces and mend the hoop so the circle can be whole again. As we co-create with God through these four archetypes, we will restore the oneness needed on Earth that was lost with the cross. As we strive to be loving with one another, we will create atonement which is at-one-ment.  We will heal the fractured soul of the planet. This also corresponds to the Kabbalistic duty of restoring the body of Adam Kadmon which broke when the vessels of the Sefirot fell. We restore the body of Adam Kadmon by retrieving the sparks of light trapped among the husks and by mending of the hoop.

We are the “mending of the hoop group.” We have a byword: “I never bring my poop to the mending of the hoop group.”  We enlist the help of a special angel, Azrael, who bears the symbol of the circle and the cross. We are the bearers of atonement.

Paradigm Shifts

O cosmic Mother set my heart afire! I move by thy love to the fount of Brotherhood where washing feet of all I serve and see Poseidon rise. The new Atlantis of allness nevermore to sink into smallness of lesser self. I AM able now to serve and reign as thy Beloved Son!

Words by Mark Prophet, Prayer to the World Mother

To be successful, we must be united. We must recognize that Spirit has a plan and that plan unites all dharmas with no competition. We must, through a mighty effort, put our human personal agendas aside and embrace our divine personal agendas. Then, the great oak door of our past achievements will swing wide open.

We must heed the words of Gitche Manito in our beloved Longfellow’s Song of Hiawatha, who drew the peoples of the Earth together. In spite of the abundance they had received—furs for their clothing and meat for their food—they had become addicted to hunting and sought most to hunt each other, the mental hunting of sarcasm and mental superiority, the emotional hunting of emotional superiority and martyrdom, as well as the direct physical warfare.

We must find that impersonality of the Loving Father so we can direct the sword, the sacred word of our Boychild warrior self to right action and to right deeds. Our Loving Father addresses our Loved Boychild through Gitche Manito’s command:

“All your strength is in your union, all your danger is in discord, all your jeopardy is in your ego-dominance. Listen, receive and act upon the strength of your Loving Mother’s nurturance and the wisdom of her guidance. Defend the least of the brethren. Do not capitalize egoically on the weakness of others. Remember Jesus said, better it be that you tie a millstone around your neck and be thrown into the sea than you hurt one of these little ones.”

To mend the hoop, we must embrace these paradigms:

  • moving from me to we to one
  • moving from inferior/superior to whole
  • moving from negative competition to expansion
  • moving from favoritism and abandonment to self-esteem
  • moving from Piscean to Aquarian
  • moving from exclusive to inclusive
  • moving from egocentric to authentic
  • moving from individual subconscious to group superconscious dialogue
  • moving from entitlement/salary consciousness to entrepreneur and intra-preneur
  • moving from individual to team
  • moving from small objectives to large goals
  • moving from local to national and even international
  • moving from “I can’t do it” to “We can do it,”
  • moving from fear to love
  • moving from crucifixion to resurrection

Master Plan

When the night has been too lonely,
and the road has been too long,
And you think that love is only
for the lucky and the strong,

Just remember in the winter
far beneath the bitter snow,
Lies a seed, that with the sun's love,
in the spring becomes a rose.

We will create a series of seminars. Our first major public seminar is projected for summer 2005 at the  Nakoda Lodge near Banff, in Alberta, Canada. The seminar will run 4.5 days. It will be called:

Transmutation: Awareness, Transformation and Empowerment.

By the end of this seminar, participants will be able to:

  • Experience and express their four loving archetypes
  • Recognize which archetype they (and others) are functioning from
  • Overcome negative archetypal responses to challenges
  • Learn to use science of spoken word
  • Understand how the archetypes affect the physical body
  • Unite with Spirit and with one another

The event will be put on by Alpha facilitators, who can serve as coaches, administrative support staff, marketers and presenters.  Participants will be contacted by Omega facilitators through a variety of venues. Both Alpha and Omega facilitators will receive a compensation package based on seminar registrations and revenue.

Sirius Consulting Facilitators will assist in twelve areas:

  • Marketing and sales, including Internet
  • Training group communication
  • Public relations
  • Business plan

Together we are big. Together we are strong.  Together it is clear that we most certainly belong.  Just think about what we can do when we work as a team.  Togetherness will set us free the answer to our dream.
